We can see in this block print the essentials of the human being in tune with the universe through the practice of meditation.

The essence of meditation is bringing yourself in tune with the Universe of which you are a part.

Meditation for Meditating

You are in Body. Align Body with Universal Principles at Work in You and through You.

You are in Mind. Use Mind to still egocentric thoughts and endless wanderings.

You are in Heart. Use Heart to bring your natural heart beat in tune with Universal Heart Beat.

You are in Spiritual Awareness.

Observe what Energy and Awareness is Present to you now.

You are in Choice. Rest now in the Absence of Choice.

You are afflicted with Spiritual Laziness. Ruthlessly make yourself Alert and Balanced.

You are in Breath. Breath in with Intention. Hold with Intention. Breath out with Intention. Hold the Emptiness!

Only Now are you Awake!

You are observing One-Point. Maintain Focus as much as you can.

You are in Failure. There is No Success.

You are in Void wherein you cannot Practice the Principles.

Be There without Intention.

You are with Light. You cannot Gain It. You cannot Make It Happen.

You are Relaxed and Open. Even the Pains and Wanderings Do Not Matter.

You are in Renewal, Resting in your Ground of Being.

Accept Grounding and Rest Secure.

You are Awakening to Ordinary Self. Carry with you the Inner Light.

Active Meditation Or Contemplation (best done at end of day)

Make a commitment to Daily Meditation, both when you wake in the morning and just before sleep at night.

You are alone in this Universe with your being, your experiences, your thoughts and feelings, your endless ruminations on self.

Now is the time for Active Meditation. You must learn to Focus, to be "aware without judgment." You don't problem-solve while you meditation. End your meditation if you have to do that. Just observe and let come to mind what is most important because it wants to be there.

Don't make yourself better. Observe the inner field, the thoughts that pass, the existence in your body, the accomplishments of work and play. Just observe and be with the experience of who you are, aware of how you have lived your day.

You will notice if you do not do this as a regular practice that you do not exist. You Do Not Exist because you are just your experiences without awareness of their Inner Meaning or their Universal Meaning.

Your experiences are the only You you experience until you Wake Up to Experiencing Who You Are.

Active Meditation is the practice of becoming aware of yourself as an experience of yourself in relation to all that surrounds you.

You observe and make conscious the Universal Principles and Values that have Lived You in your Day.
